During each 45 minutes EveryBody Rest class, we invite restorative stillness for body, mind, and spirit through an ancient breathing, sensory exploration, and guided meditation practice called yoga Nidra.
This practice leads to the kind of rest that slows the systems of the body down enough to move from a perpetual state of fight or flight to a state of restorative healing.

This class is suitable for a diversity of humans, bodies, abilities, and willingness to do yoga.
There is very little movement; instead, students lie or sit in a comfortable position and settle in for a period of quiet, guided relaxation.
No interest in or experience with yoga is necessary.
